What kind of evidence of loss of revenue/client did businesses need to submit?

There were a series of ways in which businesses were able to evidence the loss of revenue/clients. This request was solicited only from applicants who met the program’s criteria and continued to a second selection round.

What does it mean to be a business related to the Visitor Economy?

Businesses in the Visitor Economy provide services related to visitor traffic and are often related to tourism. Some examples are restaurants, bakeries, gas stations, lodging complexes, bars, rent shops for experience events equipment, adventure and experience equipment, beauty salons, spas, etc.

Did employees need to be full-time for businesses to be eligible?

No. Businesses could have both part-time and/or full-time employees and professional services contractors.
