nuestra responsabilidad de mantener una comunicaci\u00f3n abierta y dar prioridad a las preocupaciones de los ciudadanos en relaci\u00f3n con dichos fondos. A esos fines, FPR ha adoptado la Pol\u00edtica sobre Presentaci\u00f3n de Quejas (Citizen Complaints Policy) del Programa CDBG-DR del Departamento de la Vivienda de Puerto Rico.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Es fundamental asegurar una atenci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y uniforme a todas las quejas, con el objetivo de proporcionar una respuesta sustancial y oportuna en un plazo de quince (15) d\u00edas laborables a todas las quejas presentadas por escrito.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Seg\u00fan 24 C.F.R. 570.86(a)(7), una queja es una declaraci\u00f3n formal de agravio presentada por escrito, que se documentar\u00e1, procesar\u00e1, archivar\u00e1 y que deber\u00e1 ser respondida. Para que la misma sea v\u00e1lida deber\u00e1 presentar los siguientes requerimientos:<\/span><span m\u00e9todo preferido de notificaci\u00f3n para las comunicaciones relacionadas con la queja (tel\u00e9fono, direcci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, postal y de correo electr\u00f3nico).\u00a0<\/li><li>Naturaleza de la queja.\u00a0<\/li><li>Resumen de la queja y el remedio solicitado.\u00a0<\/li><li>Personas con las que se comunic\u00f3 anteriormente en relaci\u00f3n con la queja.\u00a0<\/li><li>Cualquier
