Tecnolog\u00eda, y Creatividad en Puerto Rico.<\/p><p>El estudio aplic\u00f3 la metodolog\u00eda del \u00cdndice Global de Innovaci\u00f3n al caso de Puerto Rico, con los par\u00e1metros aprobados por
