that will impact twelve (12) municipalities outside the metropolitan area, in a collaborative approach led by Foundation for Puerto Rico (FPR) with Engine 4 Innovation Lab (E4), the Department of Economic Development and Commerce (DDEC), municipal governments of Manati\u0301 and Yabucoa, and other private sector and non- governmental organizations.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" building and reskilling programs through these Centers will equip the communities among the northern and eastern regions of the Puerto Rican archipelago with the tools and skills they\u2019ll need to
