co-designed with community leaders that aims to develop an innovative plan to revitalize and promote Route 191 towards the southern entrance in Cubuy, R\u00edo Blanco, Naguabo, as a vibrant destination that provides alternative access to El Yunque National Forest.<\/span><span spaces shared by the communities along Route 191.
