to develop an innovative plan to revitalize and promote Route 191 towards the southern entrance in Cubuy, R\u00edo Blanco, Naguabo, as a vibrant destination that provides alternative access to the El two years, Destino 191 has focused on understanding the desires and needs of the community, providing technical assistance to community leaders in areas of economic development and planning, and fostering collaboration between sectors to revitalize the public spaces shared by the communities along Route 191. Now, after two years of hard work together with the community, we officially present the Rural Placemaking Plan for Destino 191, a key component for the development of this destination.<\/span><span
